Grand Rapids fence design and installation since 1995

Highly recommend. 2nd time using Out Back Fence and once again delighted by the whole experience. Great communication, great team to work with, thrilled with our new fence. Big shout out to Michelle and Nick. If for some reason we need a third fence they will be our go to company. Thank you so much.

Five years ago, Outback Fence designed and installed the fence that surrounds most of my large yard, and I still receive compliments on it all the time. The craftsmanship and design have held up beautifully, and I’ve been just as pleased with it today as I was the day it was installed. Yesterday, they came back to repair a section of the fence after a tree was removed. It wasn’t a simple repair—in fact, another local fence company wasn’t interested in taking it on. The two technicians from Outback Fence handled it with confidence, skill, and attention to detail. The repair is absolutely flawless. From the original design and installation to standing behind their work years later, Outback Fence has exceeded my expectations. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality fence and outstanding customer service.

This is our 2nd time using Out Back for vinyl fencing. So pleased with their work. The guys worked on a 90 degree day in the “smoke hazard” days. We are finishing our yard in phases, and couldn’t be happier with results, professionalism, and commitment to complete the work.

I am remodeling my home and have had a lot of contractors in and out. Outback Fence was by far the most professional. They showed up on time, communicated what they were going to do and completed the job. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond by fixing an unrelated post cap. They were wonderful to work with, I highly recommended them. They will make sure your job is done right!

Thank you for installing the fence at Norton Shores Auto Repair! It was better than expected! Priced right, customer service was great, communication excellent, and done before deadline. I have also referred you to our staff as some of them are in need of a new fence. I will be in touch if a fence project arises. Thank you again!

Outback Did a great job on our both fence projects. The wood cedar fence looks beautiful and made by real craftsmen. The Chain link is very sturdy and straight and the gates work great too. Our new cantilevered umbrella also looks beautiful on our new stamped concrete patio. Thanks Outback!

Couldn’t be happier with two custom hand railings along stairs to the waterfront and pool areas. Outback’s attention to detail and quality is unmatched.

I was so happy with the solution the Outback came up with for my treacherous front stairs! I didn’t want to loose the simplicity of my front entrance but I also needed to make the stairs safer especially in winter. They did just that and it’s perfect!

Outback did a wonderful job from start to finish installing our fence. They were quick to quote and came in the lowest of the installers we contacted. They provided all the necessary information and responded promptly to questions. The installation went smoothly and the finished product looks great. Thanks!

We have a beautiful fence , thanks to Out Back Fencing. Jason, thank you for designing our vision. We love it! Nick and John thank you for making sure it will be up for a long time. You both did a wonderful job of perfection. Even in the rain - at the end ;( Thank You Dan for all your care and services thru out some of our projects. We appreciate everyone at Out Back Casual Living & Fence.

The crew finished up my railing on the retaining wall well into the evening. They worked into the dark and I am so grateful and they did an amazing job. Jason and Michelle were pleasant to work with,

Out Back did a phenomenal job throughout the whole process of us getting a new fence. In the store and on the phone their team was friendly, honest, and helpful. The guys who came and put the fence up worked hard and communicated clarifications clearly. They were very sweet and they went above and beyond to get our backyard how we wanted it. Thanks Out Back!
